Commitment Level:  40 hours per week, on-site, contract through April 2021

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager on a contract basis to help support their business needs.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop and maintain a technology project plan, which outlines a project's tasks, milestone dates, status, and allocation of resources to stakeholders and other interested parties
• Anticipate problems and to find resolutions before that problem can derail a major milestone or deliverable
• Handle all complex aspects of the project; these aspects may be subject to constant changes
• Should have superior communications skills to mediate disputes, as well as resolve scheduling and asset utilization conflicts
• Create documentation as needed and report on the progress of projects

Must Haves:
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in tech-focused project or product management, prefer software engineering/compliance technology/equivalent technical experience
• Technical understanding of large scale software and/or hardware infrastructures
• Proven track record of breaking down the complex process and identifying key pain points in order to deliver operational and technical improvements
• Strong organizational skills, excellent written & spoken communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work across highly technical cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a web/internet start-up environment and/or technical infrastructure and/or product management experience
• Experience with Technical execution – should have implemented new tools/ change management for large company-wide programs

Nice to Have:
• Ability to evaluate competing priorities and manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
• Autonomously lead project, workstreams, and deliverables
• Lead engagement with internal legal stakeholders as well as external cross-functional workstream leads, stakeholders and partners
• Ability to motivate and adapt to different working styles based on teams involved
• Experience in legal or law enforcement compliance or other internal control function at a financial services or similar company
• Willingness to go through government background check
• PMP or Agile certification a plus

Education:
B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This position is located at our Customer’s Menlo Park, CA location.
