Technical Customer Service Representative - $18/HR

Link Staffing has partnered with a leader in Virtual Event Solutions! We are seeking Technical Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. If you are computer & social media savvy and comfortable with utilizing the Zoom interface for meetings and calls this position is perfect for you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This is a technical role that requires the manipulation of video conferencing software (i.e., Zoom) and audio-visual equipment (i.e., video switchers, computers, microphones, etc.). We understand that this is a niche and modern skill set; as such, as long as you are comfortable using Zoom (some experience) and you have a positive attitude, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

• Produces the recording, streaming, and/or editing of digital media for virtual events and conferences

• Assist in the execution of virtual show production: configure recording and streaming equipment, operate the equipment during a live show, and manage recorded media post-show

• Work with client and the Production Manager to execute client needs

• Attend pre-show calls and meetings as required to ensure comprehension of show needs

• Interface with the Production Manager to review specific technical problems and procedures, and implement applicable training and support solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

• Cross-train in other departments in order to provide assistance when necessary

• Computer hardware troubleshooting skills
• Experience using Wirecast, OBS, vMix, Blackmagic and Magewell products is “A PLUS"
