Sales Support Specialist

Our client is one the largest professional recognition companies in the country. They are looking for a Sales Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team.
What you will do:
Assist sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems, takes inbound phone calls and provide sales support for all sales agents
Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming order requests
- Manage inbound & outbound email communications with customers
- Research and respond to all inbound customer or sales inquiries
- Make sure orders are processed in a timely manner
- Ensure expedited orders are processed and shipped
- Place outbound calls to existing customer base
- Answer inbound phone inquiries and live chats
- Maintain and distribute accurate reporting both internally and externally
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
