Job Description

Our client is one the largest professional recognition companies in the country. They are looking for a Sales Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team.

What you will do:

Assist sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems, takes inbound phone calls and provide sales support for all sales agents

Responsibilities:

Process all incoming order requests
Manage inbound & outbound email communications with customers
Research and respond to all inbound customer or sales inquiries
Make sure orders are processed in a timely manner
Ensure expedited orders are processed and shipped
Place outbound calls to existing customer base
Answer inbound phone inquiries and live chats
Maintain and distribute accurate reporting both internally and externally
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
