Customer Operations Associate

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment? Our ideal candidate provides assistance to the customer operations team in the daily management of customer orders and product fulfillment. You're a skilled problem-solver with strong time management skills. It's critical that you have a mindset for using technology and can quickly learn how to use new tools.

• Assist the operations team in processing customer orders
• Place and track inventory and supply orders as required
• Cooperate with different departments to improve customer operations processes
• Liaise with third party vendors and fulfillment centers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process and report on all RMAs and ASNs

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a software-based customer support position (email, phone, chat or live)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A can-do attitude and amazing problem solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment, as well as work as an independent contributor
• Excellent time management skills; you thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics terms and best practices (e.g., incoterms, BOL, 3PL)
• Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
