Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle
10+ years of experience on IBM system i (AS400) and Synon
Experience with SQL and DB2 databases, and with integration of these database and other systems
Experience in Agile, SCRUM and Rally
Solid knowledge of Java, Spring, Java EE, Development
Expertise with SOAP & REST based Web Services
Willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to link business needs to technical solutions

Preferred Qualifcations:
Health care industry experience
Experience with the Agile methodology
Experience is Software automation, Jenkins, GitHub, DevOps
Experience in Agile, SCRUM and Rally
Experience in Kafka streaming
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
Acts as team mentor in a multi-person development team
