The Role:

The Professional Services Software Engineer engage with customers to provide installation, migration, developments and deploying. They handle installations with our largest reference of products

Professional Services Engineers are expected to be able to interface not only with the customer, but internally with our Pre-Sales team to find the best solution / for customer success.

The PS Software Engineer is responsible also to the manage a solo project or projects, ability to lead other Professional Services engineers on a project or projects and see the larger picture for customer engagements, and not just the individual task.

What you will be doing:

• Professional Services Software Engineer : Altitude Software
• Long-term experience in (ASL Agent / IVR / Routing)
• Development skill in Integrations (.Net / Java / WebServices)
• Experience working with a remote team
• Experience working with a global or otherwise multicultural team
• Plan and Design Requirements Discovery & SOW Elaboration for implementation that may include:
  • Installation and configuration solutions in the customer environment
    • Remotely
  • Provide documentation for implementation, guides, maintenance, etc relevant to the customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement migration
• Help sales team in-depth discovery sessions.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Keep up to date knowledge of Enghouse portfolio.
• Support on quoting and scoping of SOWs
• Travel required – occasionally

To be successful in this role, you bring:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  
• Professional Services Software Engineer : Altitude Software - 3-5 Years
  • Development skill in Integrations
• Enterprise PBX, Unified Communications, and Contact Center solutions - 3-5 Years
  
• English: fluent / native
