Dispatcher Customer Service

A Dispatcher Coordinator wanted  (This is not a remote position).“We are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person to add to our team. The key responsibilities of this role are to provide clear and concise communication.

Resolve any concerning issues and proactively monitor the movement of customers and Transportation specialists (drivers) to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in the daily management of drivers.

Your responsibilities will focus on operational support and exceptional communication to ensure each customer is satisfied.

Some of the specific duties include, but are not limited to:

-Closely tracking the status of each trip to ensure reliable transportation coverage from start to finish.

-Report and resolve transit issues or problems that may arise.

-Working alongside both drivers and our back office teams to provide operational excellence.

-Daily correspondence with driver teams to ensure timeliness.

-Frequently update our operational software and database to reflect the current location of our fleet.

-Dictating directions to “drivers- Transport Specialist” (TS) through verbal and platform communication.

-Work with customers to book their trips.

-Ensure trips are booked at correct rates by calculating miles driven and verifying applied rates with the billing department.

-Enter new trips into our company software.

- “Check Calls” to track and trace (TS) on all pickups and drop off’s.

-Closely monitor tracking systems via multiple platforms to ensure the efficiency of times and to notify customers.

-Meet and maintain daily goals.
-Actively problem resolve.
