Sales Coordinator

Creamsource has established a new US warehouse, distribution, office and showroom facility in Burbank, LA from which we receive, store and distribute our products to our sales partners and customers. The facility also includes our US office and showroom, enabling a close working relationship between our leaders, sales team and warehouse.

The primary purpose of this role is to support our sales team by liaising with our sales partners, customers and global operations teams to coordinate our US import and distribution processes, maintaining availability of our products in the US market and meeting our high customer service standards. The role will also support our showroom facility, greeting customers and sales partners as required and assisting to maintain schedules for our specialized test facilities.

The role leads and works closely with a Fulfillment Coordinator who fulfills our warehouse processes as well as supports the maintenance of our warehouse, demo fleet and showroom equipment.

This is a key role within our team to work closely with and support our US leadership and sales teams to deliver on our objectives of excellent service for our sales partners and customers. The primary objectives of the role are:

Sales Support

• Receive and respond to enquiries from our US sales partners and customers
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager, generate quotes for customers and receive orders
• Support the team to prepare for events and projects from time to time
• Follow safe warehouse processes and report any safety hazards and incidents

Coordinating US and Fulfillment

• Supporting the Creamsource US Leadership and Sales teams to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained to meet demand
• Working with Creamsource Operations teams in Australia and China to coordinate deliveries into our LA warehouse
• Liaising with sales partners, delivery partners and couriers to coordinate all deliveries to our sales partners and customers (including products, demo equipment and ‘swag’ – brand and marketing merchandise)
• Leading our Fulfillment Coordinator to fulfill warehouse, demo-fleet and showroom tasks 

Showroom and Demo Fleet Management

• Greet customers and provide product overviews and simple demonstrations
• Manage a schedule for customers to experience our specialized test facilities
• Manage a schedule for our demo equipment to be loaned to prospective customers or sales partners, including all shipping requirements

Role Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organization and management skills
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Proficient in Office applications including Word and Excel

Ideal Experience

• Experience in sales and / or customer facing roles is desirable
• Import and stock management experience is desirable with opportunity to learn on the job for the right candidates
• Knowledge and existing relationships in the TV & Film industry and / or film lighting is desirable
