Job Description

RPA Consultant
Technology Lead
Malvern, PA or Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA

In this role, you will work to understand the business problems of our clients and design solutions using an RPA platform. 

In the role of Technology Lead, you will ensure quality and timeliness of implementation of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product.  You will participate in activities related to requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design.  You will also provide pseudo code to the team and assign and review tasks for work product implementation with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in their own technology domain within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. 
Some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Learn RPA platforms in order to implement RPA solutions projects and RPA Maintenance projects
  • Front end the client
  • Business Process Analysis, evaluate and design solutions
  • RPA Business Case justification
  • Estimation of RPA implementations
  • Execute Proof of Concept (PoCs) and Proof of Value (POVs)
  • Become the RPA Technical Expert for client and for the internal team


Qualifications
Basic

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any career stream
  • At least 5 years of experience relating to the job description

Preferred

  • At least 2 years of experience in RPA (Any One of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, AssistEdge, etc)
  • At least 4 years of experience in C# (.net) or JAVA with strong Object Oriented Programming skills
  • Full lifecycle experience in development projects
  • Business Process modeling experience (Business Process Analysis experience)
  • Requirement elicitation and Requirements Analysis experience (User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, etc.).
  • Abstract thinking and problem solving skills for coding and representing processes in diagrams.
  • Challenge accepting and ability to find solution.
  • Client communication
  • Availability to travel
  • Flexibility with work schedule
  • Desirable experience working with Selenium
  • Desirable experience in MS SQL Server or ORACLE (databases)
  • Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma will be an added advantage
  • Desirable experience working with VB Scripting.
  • Desirable experience working with SAP GUI Scripting.
  • Experience of working in Global Delivery Model with teams spread across different Countries
  • Desirable knowledge/awareness on technology trends, such as: Machine Learning, Optical Character Recognition, Computer Vision, Voice Recognition, Chatbot, etc
  • Desirable experience in Production Support Projects

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
