Strategy and Business Operations Associate

We are seeking a Strategy and Business Operations Associate to support our operations organization. This position, reporting to our Strategy and Business Operations Lead, will work closely with leadership, focusing on areas such as owning special projects, supporting people operations, providing analytical support, and defining key metrics. Your mission is to help Rabbet make better, data-driven decisions, coordinate team activities, and support the implementation/execution of the operations team's most important initiatives.

As a Strategy and Business Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in three primary categories: People Operations, Finance and Accounting Operations, and Special Projects. To be successful in this role, you need to be process-oriented, iterative, curious, and resilient.

What You'll Do:

• Supporting team virtual and on-site operations
• Forecasting headcount and growth requirements
• Writing strategic documents that will shape the details of Rabbet's future commercial operations
• Managing cash operations
• Assist with Revenue Operations Management, Enforcement, and Forecasting
• Working closely with the cross-functional teams to develop and optimize strategies for operations

• Establish and help maintain processes across a variety of functions to help us grow efficiently and sustainably

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• 1+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations in tech companies and/or startups
• Proven experience working effectively in a highly cross-functional team with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High personal accountability with a drive for process, organization, metrics, and constant learning
• An analytical mentality where the first instinct is to back up a case with empirical evidence
• A track record of successfully owning projects from start to finish, especially where the mandate is ambiguous and evolving
• Curiosity: you are always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback
• Determination: you have a strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate in a competitive environment
