Customer Service Associate

Professional Search Group is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their clients team! As the Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers and setting appointments for management to review their products and services. The Customer Service Associate work closely with the sales team and keeps constant communication regarding schedules.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Oversee an active clients list and update files accordingly
• Make outbound calls to management and executive to schedule time for the Sales Manager to meet
• Work with the Sales Manager on appointments and calendaring
• Work with sales team on any additional clients/customers that need focus
• Input data into software system

Customer Service Associate Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience making outbound calls
• Ability to work closely with a team and handle a high volume of calls
• Strong customer service phone etiquette
• Must be available to start right away
