Sr. Account Analyst (Hybrid)

The Sr. Account Analyst is responsible for resolving customer deduction for assigned accounts. This role reviews and validates daily sales adjustments ensuring proper GL distribution, oversees the order reversal process, performs various business analysis assignments related to improving results and operating efficiencies, supports the work activity of the Cash Application and OSD job functions, and prepares monthly AR reports.

Critical Contributions:

• Resolves customer deductions for assigned accounts
• Analyzes and validates sales adjustments prepared by Account Analysts
• Analyzes and validates all customer pricing, accruals and allowance changes
• Reviews exception orders and account exposure which deviates from established credit controls
• Leads the OS&D processes for the finance organization

To take on these challenges, you'll need to have...

• Bachelor's degree of its equivalent in Accounting or Finance related field
• Proficient knowledge of accounting theory and financial analysis
• Requires five to seven years of credit, collections and/or deduction management experience
• Accurate, detail orientated and excellent organizational skills
• Advanced Excel skills using vlookups and pivot tables
