CRM Busines Process Analyst

Codeworks has a really great (fully remote) opportunity with our client for a CRM Business Process Analyst & Product Manager.

We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong business process background as well as product management skills to join an 18+ month project. This team is working on a transformation project and this person will be working on the implementation of a new CRM system, and new supply chain processes to go along with that!

Obviously, there will be a lot of new capabilities, and you'll be working with the system integrator to be the voice of the business and focus on the practical use of the software, the data involved, and how this CRM can bring solutions to the business.   You'll be responsible to define the business processes and measurements, understand and configure the technological components of the software, and have the ability to assess and analyze the needed (raw) data. 

Requirements:

• Business Analyst experience with a process re-engineering background, ideally within a supply chain environment. 
• Previous experience as a BA or Product Manager for the implementation of a CRM system. 
• Expertise in developing business process flows, in addition to data process flows.
• Must have excellent business and technical acumen.
