Agency Rep / CSR

Leading insurance provider seeks several Agency Reps / Customer Service Representatives to act as the first point of contact for clients, and to handle questions related to contracts, licensing, commissions payouts, and more.

These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions where you will earn $18 an hour. You will work Monday-Friday during the day. If you are a problem-solver who takes initiative and gets the job done, then please keep reading!

Some of your responsibilities as an Agency Rep will include:

• Providing services necessary to support agents, brokers and systems
• Completing and processing contracts and appointments
• Responding appropriately to customers
• Fielding and handling daily inbound calls
• Ordering and reviewing financial documents

To qualify, you must have at least one (1) years of customer service experience. In addition, you must have:

• The ability to effectively explain concepts and processes
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong computer skills
• A High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with insurance contract regulations is preferred.
