ODW Logistics is hiring for Dispatching Customer Service for 1st shift must have AS400
When Open interviews Weds. June 22nd and June 23rd from 10am to1pm.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles all administrative duties relating to the receiving, storing, maintaining, shipping and invoicing of our customer’s inventory. The CSR works directly with the warehouse leadership team, associates, and customers.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
o Promotes the organizational values of Trust Team Opportunity and the operating philosophy of Safety, Customers,
Operations, People, Execution (SCOPE).
o Demonstrates safety consciousness at all times and reports safety questions/concerns.
o Promotes safety as a business value vs. business priority, through training, focusing, and informing others about
company safety practices and procedures.
o Maintains a clean working environment.
o Supports site quality management system.
o Processes and monitors shipping and receiving transactions and documentation, including, but not limited to
receipts, bills of lading, orders, confirming shipments for specific customers to ensure timeliness and accuracy
o Communicates effectively with transportation, OFR, management, co-workers, and customers choosing the proper media (phone, email, face-to-face)
o Manages customer information using Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office Products and generates reports for customers per their requirements
o Monitors damaged and/or on-hold product and notifies vendors and works with OFRs.
o Works continuously to exceed customer expectations by:
o Responding promptly to customer inquiries
o Handling all situations to establish win-win outcomes in the best interests of customers and the organization
o Building and maintaining long-term relationships with internal and external customers
o Organizing workflow to exceed customers’ timeframes
o Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
o Developing and sustaining an intimate knowledge of customer systems, expectations, and requirements and
anticipating customers’ needs
o Provides suggestions for continuous improvement
o Re searches, resolves, and communicates customer, inventory, order and inbounds discrepancies
o Prepare hazardous and international documents.
o Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience/Education/Minimum Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
o 1-2 years of customer service or related work.
o Must Have As 400 and Dispatching.
o High School graduate or equivalent.
PREFERRED:
o Warehouse Management System (AS400) experience.
