Job Description

Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM) technical and functional consultant to provide testing services at a west coast Utility. Must have hands-on and recent experience testing utilities meter to cash process.

Preferences:

Familiarity with different CIS components like Customer Care & Billing (CCB), Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), Meter Data Management (MDM) and CCB interfaces

Responsibilities

· Work with the domain leaders to develop a testing assessment report, a test plan and then assist in the test execution

· Documentation of new test scenarios, cases and test results

Required Skills

· 5+ years testing applications, with hands-on experience in CC&B upgrades, with strong utilities background

· At least 4 years of experience in Utilities/Meter to Cash process

· Exposure to Rational test suite

· Familiarity with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, OMS, GIS, Mobile, etc.
