Program / Reporting Analyst

Ability to pull data from systems (e.g. financials from SAP, contract info from Ariba, project info from PPMC, ticket data from Remedy) and organize & present it through charts, graphs, etc. (Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint)
Great to have experience working in a IT Managed Services environment and/or Governance and/or Performance Management

Job Description

Execute Service Excellence Office / Governance processes ; procedures
Monitor ; report metrics on Managed Services ; IT programs ; projects
Support financial analysis (SAP reports, charts, tables, decks)
Maintain documentation
Assist in tracking, audits, performance metrics (SLA/KPI), survey
Assist in overall governance processes, follow up and reporting
BS in Business or equivalent
3+ years IT project management experience or Managed Services or Performance Management
Familiarity with IT costing and budgeting
Familiarity with Managed Services, Performance Management, Metrics
Familiarity with project management sw and/or ITSM sw (Remedy)
