Job Description

Marketing Graphic Designer - Event Management – IT

Duties & Responsibilities

·        Plan, conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics projects within given timeframes and budget.

·        Create printed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, pamphlet, banners, printed advertising.

·        Create, edit, technical documentation.

·        Create, edit, and maintain various forms for company departments.

·        Create business presentations, reports.

·        Work with overseas parent company and domestic marketing teams.

·        Assist marketing teams with all forms of digital marketing programs.

·        Concept visualization, design, machine floor layouts, signage, for show events and show rooms.

·        Exhibition management: booth design, floor layout, budgeting, coordination, onsite support, and data collection.

·        IT management: maintain office server, maintain office wire, and wireless network, setup and maintain office network and peripherals, trouble shoot.

·        Partner with parent company in Taiwan, bilingual in Mandarin is a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Seeking graphic design candidate with relevant experience

• 5 +years’ experience in Graphic Design

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform well under tight deadlines

• Ability to contribute individually, and participate in a cross-functional team setting

• Ability to multitask

• Must present portfolio of experience
