Call Center Specialist

100% remote, work from home Call Center Specialist. You will be responsible for taking calls on behalf of our clients, representing them to take messages when the client is unavailable or when their office is closed. All calls are inbound. We do NOT do outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales of any kind.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls from our clients.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Professionally greet callers, provide and request required information, document information and transfer incoming calls or take messages as necessary.
• Relay and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing emergency calls, paging individuals to inform of emergencies, and utilizing call center tools to ensure the right person receives the right message at the right time.

Work Schedule:

• We have shifts that can be scheduled any time 24/7. However, once you have a scheduled shift assigned that should be your expected shift moving forward. We do not regularly change shifts and if new shifts are added they are offered to tenured agents first and then remaining shifts are assigned to new hires.
• Currently looking to fill shifts starting between 8 AM and 11 AM Eastern (5 AM - 9 AM Arizona time).
• All shifts work either Sat or Sun with the other day off and have one weekday off.

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to handle a fast moving environment and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Able to type 35 WPM
• Must have a personal computer with
  • Windows operating system
  • Web camera for video conferencing
  • 2 monitors
  • Able to connect through an direct Ethernet cable.
  • Headset with microphone
• Must have an internet connection with a minimum of 9Mbps down and 3Mbps up
  • Internet can not be shared with any other connected devices while working.
  • Internet service must be cable or fiber only. Can not be wireless, Wifi, cellular/mobile hot spot, DSL, or Satellite.
• This is a 100% work from home position. Your work environment must be free from all non work related noises and distractions.
