So, what’s the job?
Customer Service- Commercial Insurance. 
After an intensive 3 month training on all things insurance, company culture, systems, etc, you will slowly transition to:

• Effectively and diligently document tasks in our Agency Management System
• Promptly and effectively handle customer changes and inquiries with insurance carriers
• Update Agency Management System and the carrier websites – endorsing policies and documenting  {we use AMS360 Vertafore}
• Meet with management to discuss possible improvements in customer service and procedures
• Continually develop customer service skills by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses
• Work with Producers on customer updates

The top goals of this role for the first year are to:

• Service and help customers with their insurance needs
• Arrive to work on time and ready to be engaged the entire day
• Answering customer calls for billing, claims, endorsements, certificates of insurance, quotes and coverage questions
• Ensure that the needs of the customers are being satisfied
• Meet Agency Core Values:  Caring Team / Trusted Advisor / Excellence with Integrity

If you have experience in a customer service capacity, and excellent work ethic, are a master at documentation and computer systems- this could be your last career.

Details:
Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p
Pay: Direct Hire, $35-40k to start- as someone starts to learn the ropes, there will be salary increases.  You will meet with your manager quarterly to review goals, successes, areas for improvement and compensation increases.
