Here at St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram, we are currently looking for 2 Service BDC Representatives to join our team!

In our Service BDC office, we take care of getting our customers scheduled for the appropriate services needed.

On a daily basis the representatives are responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, making out bound calls to our current customers, answering e-mails from customers, and light office duties.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls
Place outbound phone calls
Answer e-mails from customers
Perform clerical duties
Keep on task throughout the work day

Qualifications

Organizational skills

Compensation

$13 - $14
