Our client is seeking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with a strong focus on customer service and an outgoing personality. This position requires good organizational skills, flexibility, and initiative. Someone who is excited to contribute to the company’s success by working well with others and helping to promote a winning atmosphere.

General office responsibilities will include:

• Handle incoming phone calls and emails
• Handling filing duties
• Provide support to administrative staff
• Assist with errands
• Work in a collaborative manner and in a team environment
• Prepare Job Estimates (phone/in-home) using software program
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• High level of customer service
• Sales Skills
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Professional with warm and engaging personality
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Housekeeping background (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $18 per Hour

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience

Education:

• High School or GED (Preferred)

Location:

• Lathrop, CA.
