Client Services Associate

A boutique investment firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their reputable team in Bellevue, WA. Our client is recognized for taking a holistic, relationship-focused approach when consulting clients on investment management and planning. In this role, you’d support two Executives, serving as the first point of contact for their clients, calendaring, processing new client paperwork, facilitating money movement, and managing the office. The ideal candidate is confident, thorough, and client-driven when servicing internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary client service and communication to high-net-worth individuals
• Handle day-to-day client service activities for complex high-net-worth individuals, including preparing and processing new client onboarding paperwork and incoming account transfers
• Facilitate money movement and schedule, confirm, and periodically attend client meetings
• Monitor account activity, alerts, transfers, etc., and take any necessary action
• Track significant client events and coordinate annual tax reporting with client CPAs
• Provide business development support and administrative assistance for two advisors
• Perform day-to-day office & project management duties, as needed, for the firm

• 3+ years of client service experience or relevant experience as an Executive Assistant within the Financial Services industry
• Technological proficiency with Microsoft® Office, Salesforce
• High emotional and social intelligence
• Series 7, 66 Licenses are a plus!
