Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Department: Regulatory

Location: Draper, Utah

Reports To: Regulatory Affairs Director

Position Summary:

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for regulatory compliance, product registration, labeling, and advertising compliance in assigned countries.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for:

·        Assisting the Director in responding to all product-related inquiries and actions by regulators and internal departments

·        Assisting in preparing and filing necessary documentation for applications with international government agencies for product registration and coordinating advice on technical aspects of product labeling and product registrations

·        Reviewing marketing materials for compliance with advertising law and scientific substantiation

·        Reviewing product labels for compliance with labeling regulations

Position Skills, Education and Experience required:

·        Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs in cosmetic, OTC, food and dietary supplement field in Europe

·        Bilingual proficiency is a must
